  • ✅ For orders below ₹2500/-, a flat shipping fee of ₹150/- will be charged at checkout.

  • Orders are generally delivered within 7-10 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
  1. Accessibility of your delivery location
  2. Public holidays or festivals
  3. Extreme weather conditions or other uncontrollable events
  • We work with reliable third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

📲 3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive:
  1. A tracking link via email
  2. SMS updates on your registered phone number
  • You can track your order in real time until it reaches your doorstep.
🏠 4. Change of Delivery Address / Contact Details

If you wish to change the delivery address or contact number after placing your order:

  • We will try our best to coordinate with the delivery partner to make the changes before dispatch.

  • While we aim to ship and deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  3. Remote or hard-to-reach areas
  4. Festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political disruptions that impact courier operations
  • Savra is not liable for such delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier partner.
  • However, we ensure that our team will do everything possible to have your order delivered at the earliest.

  • If you change your mind after placing the order, we may not be able to cancel it.

  • We strive to keep our inventory updated.
  • In the rare case of stock unavailability after you’ve placed your order:
