General Guidelines Before Purchase
✅ Always check product descriptions thoroughly for fabric details, fit, and style.
✅ Use the size chart provided on each product page.
✅ If unsure about your size, message us for personal assistance.
✅ Ask any number of questions — we love to help!
Cancellations
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation as we start processing them immediately to ensure timely delivery.
- In case of any urgent change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed.
When Exchange/Return Is NOT Accepted
- Color Variation:
- A 10–15% color difference may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.
- This is not considered a defect and is therefore not eligible for exchange or return.
- Dislike of Fabric or Color:
- We use premium quality fabrics, and all relevant details are clearly mentioned on the product page.
- Exchange/Return will not be accepted if the reason is subjective dissatisfaction with material or color.
Exchange Due to Size Issues
- Please refer to the size chart before confirming your order.
- If you face sizing issues after receiving your product:
- Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email us at savraethnicwears@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and product images.
- Our team will review your request case-by-case.
- Exchange approval depends on stock availability of your size in the same design.
- If approved, an additional charge of ₹300 per item will be applicable (for reverse pickup and re-shipment logistics).
Exchange Due to Damaged / Incorrect Product
While we have strict Quality Control (QC) checks, in rare cases, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Raise your concern within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Email us at savraethnicwears@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Product images
- Unboxing video (mandatory) for verification
- After review and verification, we will:
- Approve or reject the request with a valid justification.
- If approved, arrange a reverse pickup and send a replacement, if available.
- If the product is out of stock, we will issue a store credit of the same amount.
- Store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
International Orders
- All orders shipped outside India are final.
- No return, exchange, or cancellation is possible for international deliveries.
Important Notes
- We do not offer direct refunds in any case.
- All exchanges are subject to verification and availability.
- No exchange/return will be processed without prior communication and approval.
